What we’re looking for
—HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP are all skills you possess.
—You’re an expert at converting wireframes into completely functional webpages with backend integration.
—You make your web pages responsive when planning and coding them.
—You have a strong understanding of testing, debugging, and refactoring.
—Your written and vocal communication abilities are excellent.
Added Advantage
—You have at least 6 months of professional experience using Laravel/React.js
—You have at least 6 months of professional experience using web analytics and SEO.
—You have a basic understanding of graphic design.
Digital Marketer

If you get this job, You will help us reach more African schoolgirls from underserved communities in a year to teach them about periods, puberty, and sexual and reproductive health and rights topics.

What we’re looking for
—You’re an expert in Facebook ads and Google analytics, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling paid campaigns.
—Your judgments are based on data.
—You have a talent for extracting simple ideas from complex data and presenting them to the rest of the team in plain Words.
—You may give useful advice on ad copy and visuals, resulting in high-performing ad creatives.
Added Advantage
—You have at least 18 months of experience running and scaling up paid marketing campaigns on Facebook.
—You are a Google spreadsheet / Microsoft Excel expert.
—You have excellent copywriting skills.
—You have set up and run automated email marketing campaigns.
About PadHer
PadHer is a women-led non-profit organization. Our organization educates and mentors young African schoolgirls from underserved communities on periods, puberty, and sexual and reproductive health and rights topics via the use of comic books so that they can effectively manage their periods and build the self-confidence they need to take control of the future and succeed. All of our comic books come with free reusable sanitary pads (3 pads) to help fight against period poverty in Africa, one pair of underwear, and a free unique period bracelet to help them track where they are in their cycle and be ready with a pad in their school bag.
