Yes! You can attend a digital workshop without your daughter. However, we encourage attending together whenever possible. Participating alongside her allows her to ask questions directly and benefit from the guidance of an experienced PadHer educator or mentor.
If you attend without your daughter, we recommend having a simple follow-up session at home. Use what you learn during the workshop, together with our comic book, to guide her through the topics. The comic book is designed to make learning about periods and puberty easy, engaging, and age-appropriate.
